We offer what is effectively an extended warranty for your equipment, which covers you for any faults with your system.

For a small monthly fee, we will cover

• The L.N.B.
• The cabling
• The receivers (Sky Digibox, Sky+ and Sky+HD boxes)
• The remote controls

This includes all callouts, labour and parts. If we can't fix your box, we will replace it at no cost to you!

Our team consists of experienced engineers as well as friendly advisors who can
provide remote help and assistance to our customers all year round, 7 days a week.
