Q. How long will it take to get an engineer out to me?
A. We aim to get our engineers with you and fix your problem within 24 hours.
Q. What number do I have to call should I get a problem?
A. Call our freephone number 0800 8600 261. Often a problem can be fixed by phone.
Q. Doesn't household insurance cover me should I get a problem?
A. Possibly, however you will lose any no claims bonus and there is often an excess to pay.
Q. Does my cover include any problems with the remote control?
A. Yes we cover this.
Q. How many claims can I make?
A. So long as you are currently covered then you get an UNLIMITED amount of free callouts. If we can't fix your Sky box problem there and then we will simply replace it.
Q. Does this cover me to move my box eg if moving home?
A. No, this covers you for any faults as well as natural wear and tear and storm damage etc. If you are thinking of moving then call us and we will offer you, as an existing customer, a discounted move.
Q. Does this cover me if the tree in my garden overgrows and blocks the satellite signal?
A. No, as usually this will require moving the dish and re-cabling the whole satellite system. However, as an existing customer we will be happy to offer you a very reasonable price to carry out this work. After all, we are hoping to keep you serviced and happy for many years to come!
